4 Week Radical Act of Self Love with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

In this 4 Week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation journey into radical Self-Love we will use powerful ancient technologies for activating the self-healing capabilities that reside within you.
You will learn how to use asana, breath, mantra and sound healing, to transform yourself and shift your life to one of grace, purpose, joy, abundance and connection.
If we are fully connected and living from a place of self-love and self acceptance, we treat everyone including ourselves with kindness and offer forgiveness freely, both to ourselves and those around us, creating a life with more peace and harmony.
For experienced Kundalini students, this is an opportunity to go deeper into the Kundalini teachings focused on self-healing and self-care. For students new to this practice, it will be a wonderful way to experience a new yogic lineage rich with practices that support holistic wellbeing and upleveling your life, in a supported space with extra care and attention to your questions and individual needs.
