5 Week Beginners Kundalini Yoga Course

The perfect course to get you started on your Kundalini Yoga journey. Understand and practice yoga safely. Learn about alignment, yoga postures, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation practices, focussing your mind, mantras and chakras (energy centres in your body). You’ll learn techniques which lead to deep relaxation and healing of mind and body.
In these weekly classes we will use gentle movement and breathing exercises, you will learn mantras and a number of meditations that will specifically release stress and open you up gently to your potential and your intuition.
Each week we will explore in theory and practice:
Breath – Pranayama
Kriya – Asana – Body Posture
Mudra and Mantra
Bhandas, Focus and Meditation
Sound Healing/Relaxation
This will be a safe space for you to learn and enjoy.
Throughout the course the student will learn the fundamentals in Kundalini Yoga; kriyas, asanas, mudras, pranayam, bandhas, mantras, meditations and chakras. A broad understanding of yogic terms and philosophy, a basic understanding of how each of the systems within the body correlate to the entire being as well as the numerous benefits to the overall well-being, so the knowledge and wisdom gained through personal experience during this course can be applied into a regular practice.
The practice is available to everyone, no matter what your current level of physical fitness. As some say, if you can breathe, you can practice Kundalini Yoga! You do not need to be fit, bendy, young, strong or instagram-ready to do yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a personal practice, and your experience will always be unique.
