The perfect course to get you started on your Kundalini Yoga and meditation journey. Understand and practice yoga safely. Learn about alignment, yoga postures, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation practices, focussing your mind, mantras and chakras (energy centres in your body). You’ll learn techniques which lead to deep relaxation and healing of mind and body.By using the powerful technology of Kundalini Yoga and meditations, we will cleanse our bodies and our consciousness, shedding the layer of who we are not so that we may come back to who we truly are.
This 5 week series we will learn detoxing yoga postures and breathing exercises that stimulate digestive, lymphatic and circulatory systems as well as learn how to integrate healthy tools into daily life and practice. Plan to release toxins and restore the body back to equilibrium.
We will work on mental toxins through the practice of meditation and the use of mantra, giving us the opportunity to explore the connections between emotional and physical symptoms.
The practice is available to everyone, no matter what your current level of physical fitness. As some say, if you can breathe, you can practice Kundalini Yoga! You do not need to be fit, bendy, young, strong or instagram-ready to do yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a personal practice, and your experience will always be unique.
