DESCRIPTION:Finding joy in the creative process is something we often miss\, not realising that many of our blocks come from fear. Fear of missing a deadline\, what people will think or being vulnerable in our self-expression. \nThis three-hour workshop invites you to identify and dissolve your creative blocks\, through breath\, movement\, openness and play! We are all channels for inspiration\, the process is letting go of all the stuff that’s in the way. Delight in your craft\, let the words flow and discover the treasure hidden within. \nBring a pen and notebook\, and anything that inspires you (e.g. photos\, crystals\, instruments\, anything you like) and prepare to let your authentic self do the talking.
