The Power of Spring Transformation – 4 Week Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Course

This 4 week series we will learn detoxing yoga postures and breathing exercises that stimulate digestive, lymphatic and circulatory systems as well as learn how to integrate healthy tools into daily life and practice. Plan to release toxins and restore the body back to equilibrium.
We will work on mental toxins through the practice of meditation and the use of mantra, giving us the opportunity to explore the connections between emotional and physical symptoms..
