Jess began experiencing the power of breath and embodied movement from a young age, having been taught by her mother to ‘meditate’ by candlelight and ‘stretch’ before bed. Fast forward two decades, and after experimenting with different styles and lineages of Yoga in her teenage years, she continues to find solace, connection and awareness through a strong Vinyasa Flow practice balanced with mindfulness-focused Yin Yoga.

Jess finds great joy in interweaving yogic philosophy with modern neuroscience, a reflection of her clinical background in mental health Occupational Therapy and psychotherapy skill set. Her classes ignite your inner fire – with a strong focus on strength, fluidity and playful sequencing – a credit to her 14 years as a dancer!
